VHSL Physical Form
Student-Athletes must turn in this COMPLETED form to the Athletic Trainers via ATS prior to trying out for, or practicing with any team. Physicals MUST be completed after May 1 (and will expire the following year on June 30) to be current for the academic-athletic year of intended play. Health portal used for all Athletic related health items including VHSL Physical, Injuries, Etc. Students and parents can upload documents, request appointments and view status updates.

VISAA is Virginia's athletic governing body for independent schools. JP the Great is a member of their organization. Their webpage contains information about state athletic events throughout the year. It also includes the state polls for each sport.
