The first day of practice is Thursday, Nov. 10 at 5:30am at Manassas Park Pool. We will be practicing at Manassas Park Pool Mon-Thurs as in years past. Practice is 5:30-6:30am on Mon, Weds and Thurs and 5:45-7:15am on Tuesdays. Tuesday mornin's we will do some dryland before we get in the pool.

The 2015-16 swim season starts practicing on Nov. 12th at 5:30 a.m. at Manassas Park Pool (99 Adams St, Manassas Park). Practices take place Mon-Thurs before school with JP bus transportation then provided from the pool to John Paul. There is also Friday morning practice being offered at Chinn Recreation Center for year-round swimmers who live further south. Sign-ups for the team have been taking place the last two weeks at school. If your student is interested in participating on the team this year and has not signed-up, please contact Head Coach Sheila Francis at sheila.francis@jpthegreat.org for consideration. All swimmers must have a current VHSL sports physical on file for the current school year with the athletic trainer at John Paul, Annemarie Francis. In order to practice, swimmers must have a swim suit, goggles and a towel. Swim caps are also required for the girls.
