The first day of practice is Thursday, Nov. 10 at 5:30am at Manassas Park Pool. We will be practicing at Manassas Park Pool Mon-Thurs as in years past. Practice is 5:30-6:30am on Mon, Weds and Thurs and 5:45-7:15am on Tuesdays. Tuesday mornin's we will do some dryland before we get in the pool.
We will also have a Friday morning practice available at Chinn Rec Center. The Chinn Rec Center practices will be limited to 20 swimmers as we only have 4 lanes. Chinn practices on Friday's are from 5:15-6:30am.

There will be a bus to drive swimmers from the pool to JP after practice.
